Mark helped many people through the hit TV series The Biggest Loser. In series one (filmed 3 years ago) Aaron Howlett transformed from 25 to 15 stone in 6 months. Reality bites (less!)

To reduce your weight it is important to be realistic - and that means not just overestimating what can be done but also not UNDERestimating what you can do!

An attainable goal is about 2lbs a week. Sometimes it can be quicker sometimes slower for various reasons. But if you eat healthily MOST of the time and get your bum moving regularly YOU WILL be in good shape.
