Hypnosis
Hypnosis is fantastic at creating change in what we do and how we think. It is not mysterious or magical and there are no secrets to it (despite the fact many people pretend there is. Stage hypnosis is pure fiction).
Clinical hypnotic trance is a useful and empowering way to open own minds to new possiblities and resources within us. No one has exactly the same response to it - some of us are more aware during trance than others. Best used for reducing stress, quitting habits, improving performance, helping with weight-loss & improving sleep it can help with almost all areas of life.
The ethical and clinical uses of Hypnosis are scientifically proven, useful and far-reaching. First developed as an analgesic in dentistry, then championed by Freud, it is now widely used and accepted in mainstream medicine and mental health. It is impossible for hypnosis to work against someone's will. When you want something to work your brain works differently and that's when hypnosis is most effective.
- Hypnotic states are detectable in the brain and body.
- Hypnosis can create Neurogenesis (the creation of new brain cells)
- Hypnosis helps create change in your automatic, unconscious mind (so change feels much easier)

All of the people in this clip put themselves into trance to do this little performance. There are no tricks or stunts involved so it shows what is possible when you put your mind to it! (No animals were harmed during this experiment!)
