Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out to explore your thoughts and feelings, to get back on a front foot again and to truly make the changes you want to.

My name is Mark Bailey and I have been a practising Psychotherapist in Central London for over 9 years. I am committed to providing quality Psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with :

  • Stress
  • Relationships
  • Panic Attacks
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Redundancy
  • Depression, and
  • Addiction.

I am based in Regent Street in a setting which offers both convenience and confidentiality for those who live or work in the West End. Whilst I sometimes work in tandem with GPs and other medical professionals, private practice is useful for those who want to see someone completely independent. You need tell no one you are seeing a Psychotherapist.
